  Took me over 4 months to finally find CHRIS THE MANAGER AT BROKEN ARROW GENISIS TO CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP PAID them 275 bucks to cancel and they still were trying to charge me 200 bucks more but I said okay I’ll pay just to finally cancel this membership.. so a couple days passed and I went to go pay 200 bucks more and they tell me the accounts paid and not even in there system I was like you sure to the other manager and he said yeah see I put in yours and her names and nothing pops up, so we double checked he even called CHRIS AND THEY FOUND NOTHING AND TOLD ME I WAS GOOD “!! 2 weeks passed and I get a letter in the mail telling me I owed them $1875 bucks and they needed there money ASAP or else I’ll go to jail. So I go back up there today which is 5-11-2018 at around 6:20 and walk in there and tell them hey what happend I paid the cancelation fee to the 2nd manager and he’s confused telling me yeah I was here when you paid and asks me for our names again walk back there and finds a contract and try’s to tell me there 2 contracts and that I cancelled hers and now there charging me for mine I tell him how is there 2 contracts ? If I have the contract here on my email right now there’s only one! He laughs and tells me dude I just checked there’s 2 contracts, I over here confused and mad leave look at my contract on my phone and literally only one contract with me and my wife!! So I call them back and him knowing he messed Up for laughing and telling me there’s 2 contracts says “is this your number I’ll call you back“... worst managers ever tbh!! LETS NOT FORGET THE REASON I LEGT GENSISIS!! I GOT CHARGED $50 3 times in 1 week! Went from being around $50 for the couple to 150???? In 1 week????....CHRIS THE MANAGER TOLD ME IT WAS A PROMOTION THAT COUPLES ONLY PAY $55 a month and get 4 free sessions with the trainers
